Unless a product page specifically states otherwise, products sold through the Fresh Faith Shop are digital products only.
No physical product will be mailed or shipped to you.
Please review the product description carefully before completing your purchase so that you understand what is included.
2. Digital Delivery
After a successful purchase, your digital product will normally be made available through your order confirmation page and/or the email address provided during checkout.
Customers with an account may also be able to access eligible downloads through their My Account area.
Please make sure the email address entered during checkout is accurate and accessible.
If your payment is successful but you do not receive or cannot access your download, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
3. Personal-Use License
Purchasing one of our digital products gives you a limited license to use the resource for your own personal, non-commercial use.
You may download the purchased file to your personal devices and print reasonable copies for your own use.
Your purchase does not transfer ownership of the product, artwork, written content, design, branding, or other intellectual property to you.

4. Sharing With Family Members

We understand that some devotional or creative resources may naturally be enjoyed together within a household, such as a parent completing an activity with a child.
However, purchasing one copy does not give permission to distribute the complete digital file to friends, extended family, church groups, classes, organizations, or online communities.
