A Testimony of Faithfulness

Sister Ellena Heywood Harris is one of the ministry's seasoned prayer warriors, carrying many years of wisdom and a deep understanding of the God of her father and mother. She often shares that her mother's prayers anchored her life, guiding her into the faithfulness she walks in today.

Through her confession of faith, she made a conscious decision to walk humbly and live gracefully in honor of Jesus Christ, whom she reverently calls King Jesus.

Recently, Sister Ellena endured a life-changing experience after suffering a fall that led to a month-long stay in the hospital. During that time, she encountered a sacred moment—one where she could look fully into the face of Jesus and commune with Him. In that encounter, she was reminded of His great love for her, and she boldly expressed the desires of her heart, asking to be made whole.

The doctors were astonished at her recovery. Though the healing process took time, the Lord proved Himself faithful once again. Today, Sister Ellena is back home—restored, strengthened, and surrounded by care. She now has assistance with her daily activities, yet her spirit remains vibrant and unwavering.

Each morning, her voice still carries the same strength and joy as she greets, "Good morning, Sister Marlene," a testament that her faith remains unshaken.
